Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase and require proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition where applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [15-30 business days]. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The shipping charge will be added to your total at checkout and applies to each order unless otherwise stated. Please note that payments made using credit or debit cards are subject to applicable processing fees.
